Returns
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Due to the hygienic and safety nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if:

The item is unused, unopened, and unsprayed

The factory seal remains intact

The product is in its original packaging

All labels, inserts, and safety information remain intact

A receipt or valid proof of purchase is provided

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your fragrance product arrives:

Kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or videos showing:

The packaging

The outer delivery box (where applicable)
This allows us to promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
Delivery & Risk Transfer (Important)
Nettetal Nigeria Limited ensures that all fragrance products are properly packaged, sealed, and dispatched in good condition.
Once an order is successfully delivered and acknowledged by the customer or the customerβs designated recipient:

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer

Nettetal Nigeria Limited will not be liable for:

Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

Exposure to heat, sunlight, or improper storage

Loss, theft, or tampering after delivery confirmation

We strongly advise customers to inspect their items at the point of delivery and report any issues immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for fragrance products.
To receive a different item:

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
